Leave that ego at home. CrossFit and Weightlifting can be very humbling. Just remember we all started somewhere.
Gyms can be intimidating, and we all know this. We are in this fitness journey together as a community.
Let's encourage each other! We are all doing our best in this game called life.
We all have our breaking point and that is when our mental game kicks in. Be stubborn and don't quit. This transfers well in life and helps us to keep pushing through what life throws our way.
This helps keep our gym clean for everyone to enjoy.
You should never drop an empty barbell as it will damage the bearings and break the barbell.
We understand going hard and sometimes we need to drop the weights. Try not to drop the weights from overhead. This can be dangerous to you and the members.
We love our kids and want them to be safe so that's why we have a designated area for them.
Enjoy your class and have fun! For many of us, this is the one hour out of our day that we get to take care of ourselves.
Whether you modified a workout or didn't get that PR, you put in the work and that is what matters. Be proud of yourself.
